Stress is something that every person has to deal with in his daily life. There are times when the stress level is under control but there are times when excessive stress leads to several complications.   • Choose a comfortable position in a cool and quite place or a room. Just lie down slightly slanted towards one side with the abdomen partly supported by a pillow. This is the best way to relax as relaxation is the best way to keep the body healthy.
  • Try to clear the mind from distractions and focus on the relaxation period.
  • Focus on breathing slowly, deeply, steadily from the abdomen but not from the chest.
