Stress is something that every person has to deal with in his daily life.   • Choose a comfortable position in a cool and quite place or a room. Just lie down slightly slanted towards one side with the abdomen partly supported by a pillow. This is the best way to relax as relaxation is the best way to keep the body healthy.

  • Focus on breathing slowly, deeply, steadily from the abdomen but not from the chest.
